When you recieve your purchase you have 10 days to determine if it meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied you must contact me within that time to arrange for a refund. I will refund the entire purchase price unless it is work that has been commissioned by you. In that case the $50 commission fee is not refundable. (see commissions below). Shipping fees are not refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
